Return Policy

At My French Farm your satisfaction is very important to us and we work very hard to meet your expectations. However, should you be unsatisfied with your purchase (excluding custom orders and vintage treasures) we will gladly accept returns within 10 days of purchase. All items must be returned undamaged and in original packaging. We ask that you insure items for your own protection. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable. Prior to shipping returned item, please contact My French Farm for a return authorization code. All credits will be issued within 14 days of return. Thank you!
